must download and complete the application form that can be
accessed via the link below. Government, Law Enforcement and
Insurance Company SIU personnel only need complete the
application down to the signature line. Private Investigators
and Private Attorneys MUST submit 3 references to be verified
by the Membership Committee. Mail the application form, along
